1. Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the customs brokerage industry

• Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity

2. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients

• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements

3. Sales and Marketing

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business development goals

• Collaborate with management to develop targeted marketing campaigns

4. Industry Knowledge

• Stay up to date on customs regulations, trade agreements, and industry developments

• Apply knowledge of customs brokerage services to identify opportunities and solve client problems

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the customs brokerage or logistics industry
