We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our real estate projects to local and overseas investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and corporate clients.

• Present, promote, and sell company real estate projects to prospective clients.

• Attend property expos, roadshows, and corporate events to represent the company.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute business strategies.

• Maintain a strong understanding of property listings, pricing trends, and development updates.

• Follow up with potential leads and convert them into successful deals.

• Prepare and present regular business development reports to management.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities

• Knowledge of the Islamabad real estate market (especially DHA & Blue Area)

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
