We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Marketing Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing incoming leads, providing property details to clients, and successfully closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and follow up on potential leads effectively

• Provide complete property-related information to clients

• Schedule and manage site visits

• Convert leads into successful deals through persuasion and trust-building

• Meet individual and team-based sales targets

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum: Intermediate (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)

• 2–3 years of experience in real estate marketing/sales preferred

• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident personality

• Own transportation is a plus
