We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Diagnostic Services Manager to manage the full lifecycle of diagnostic orders (X-rays, ultrasounds, EKG/Echo). This role is essential to ensuring smooth coordination between ordering sources, technicians, radiologists, and our internal systems. You will be responsible for entering orders in Dendi, coordinating technicians, managing task workflows in Asana, and reporting results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and input diagnostic orders from email/fax into Dendi

• Create and manage orders in Asana, assigning tasks to appropriate technicians

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely scheduling and completion of diagnostic tests

• Review uploads from technicians, enter any missing information in the system

• Forward complete orders to radiologists for interpretation

• Upload and report finalized results back into Dendi

• Ensure all systems (Dendi, Asana, internal records) are up-to-date and synchronized

• Communicate status updates with relevant team members as needed

Requirements:

• Strong data entry and systems navigation skill

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize

• Familiarity with medical terminology related to radiology a plus

• Tech-savvy, with experience handling emails, faxes, and digital portals

Preferred:

• Prior experience in diagnostic imaging operations

• Understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy best practices

• Prior experience in healthcare administration, medical office coordination, or diagnostic services

• Candidate to work from 9-4PM CST and 10PM-1AM CST = 10 hours per day.
