- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or related field
- Proven experience in import and export operations
- Knowledge of customs regulations and requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Proven experience in Coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Be able to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of import activities
