Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Shopify Store Manager to oversee and enhance our e-commerce presence. As a key member of our team, you will manage the daily operations of our Shopify store, ensure optimal site performance, and maintain a smooth and secure customer experience. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of Shopify tools and a passion for driving online sales in a niche market.


Key Responsibilities


1. Store Operations & Maintenance



  • Manage all aspects of the Shopify store, including daily performance, product listings, collections, and navigation.

  • Ensure the storefront remains visually aligned with the brand and communicates trust, quality, and biker-centric appeal.


2. Design & Customization



  • Customise themes and layouts to enhance usability and reflect the rugged, performance-driven nature of our products.

  • Regularly update visuals, banners, and product presentation to match seasonal collections or promotions.


3. Performance & UX Optimisation



  • Monitor core performance indicators (site speed, mobile responsiveness, and conversion rates).

  • Implement data-driven changes to improve load time, product discoverability, and checkout experience.


4. App Integration & Functionality Enhancements



  • Configure and manage integrations for shipping, CRM, inventory, marketing automation, and analytics tools.

  • Evaluate and implement third-party apps that improve efficiency or user engagement.


5. SEO & Marketing Coordination



  • Optimise product pages and collections for search visibility using best-practice SEO principles.

  • Coordinate with marketing to support campaigns, promotions, and influencer collaborations.


6. Technical Support & Troubleshooting



  • Identify and resolve store-related issues swiftly to ensure uninterrupted operations.

  • Conduct regular platform maintenance, backups, and updates.


Qualifications – Required



  • Proven experience managing a Shopify store, ideally in apparel or niche consumer products.

  • Strong command of Shopify features, apps, and ecosystem.

  • Understanding of e-commerce UX, SEO fundamentals, and CRO tactics.

  • Basic understanding of product sourcing and inventory management.

  • Strong analytical mindset; able to interpret data to guide improvements.

  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and capable of independent execution.


Preferred Skills



  • Experience with Shopify theme editing, HTML/CSS, and Liquid.

  • Familiarity with apparel or gear-related e-commerce platforms.

  • Visual merchandising or branding experience is a plus.


Role Type: Full-time, On-site Location: Lahore, Pakistan (or as applicable) Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
