We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager of Human Resources to support the HR team in developing, implementing, and administering HR policies and programs. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in developing recruitment strategies and processes
- Coordinate interviews, job postings, and candidate selection
2. Employee Relations:
- Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures
3. Training and Development:
- Assist in developing and implementing training programs
- Identify training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
4. HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
5. Performance Management:
- Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems
- Provide guidance and support on performance evaluations and feedback
Requirements:
1. Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR or related field
3. Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
4. Certifications:
- Certifications in HR, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI, are desirable
