Job Description: |
We are currently seeking a qualified and results-oriented International Sales Specialist to join our business development team. This onsite role is based at our DHA, Karachi office and requires the ability to work night shifts aligned with international client markets, particularly in the United States and Australia. Preference will be given to female candidates, in line with our diversity and inclusion initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in outbound sales, client communication, and international lead generation, with a strong focus on professionalism, reliability, and achieving defined targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in designated international markets.
Conduct outbound communication via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and CRM tools to generate and qualify leads.
Present company services and solutions effectively to potential clients.
Manage and convert prospects through the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.
Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams to ensure service alignment.
Regularly update the CRM system with leads, follow-ups, and status changes.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Provide timely and accurate sales reports to the management team.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of proven experience in international sales or outbound business development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to international time zones and manage high-pressure environments.
Familiarity with sales and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Apollo, or Zoho (preferred).
Professional attitude, accountability, and a target-driven mindset.
