| Job Description: |
- Assist in developing and optimizing PVC foam board formulations to meet performance and cost targets.
- Conduct lab-scale experiments and pilot plant trials to evaluate raw materials, additives, and processing conditions.
- Support troubleshooting of production issues related to material behavior, extrusion conditions, and product quality.
- .Collect and analyze production and test data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and product development.
- Maintain accurate lab records, technical documentation, and reports.
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and regulatory requirements related to PVC and foam board production.
