We are seeking a responsible, punctual, and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dental clinic. The ideal candidate should be able to assist in all clinical procedures, maintain cleanliness and sterilization of instruments, communicate effectively with patients, and support the day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instrument Care:

  • Wash, sterilize, and autoclave all dental instruments according to infection control protocols.

• Patient Interaction:

  • Greet and communicate with patients professionally and compassionately.

  • Assist patients before, during, and after treatment.

• Record Keeping:

  • Accurately maintain and update patient records, appointments, and treatment history.

• Clinical Support:

  • Prepare and mix dental materials (e.g., alginate, impression material, cements).

  • Assist the dentist during procedures with suctioning, passing instruments, and chairside support.

  • Pour and prepare dental impressions/models as required.

• Professional Conduct:

  • Adhere to the clinic’s dress code and maintain a neat appearance.

  • Report to duty on time and follow assigned work schedules.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a dental assistant is preferred but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of dental materials, mixing techniques, and sterilization processes.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a clinical environment.

• Must be punctual, reliable, and well-groomed.
