The Supply Chain Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the procurement, inventory management, logistics, and coordination activities within our supply chain department. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and able to work collaboratively across teams to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the procurement process by preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and supplier information
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries
• Support inventory reconciliation and cycle counts
• Assist with data entry and maintain supply chain documentation
• Monitor supply chain processes and suggest improvements
• Provide administrative support to the supply chain team as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience or familiarity with supply chain or logistics operations preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (if applicable)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
