We are seeking an experienced IT Team Lead to oversee our technology infrastructure and ensure alignment with our strategic goals. This role is critical in managing IT projects, ensuring systems security, leading IT teams, and implementing new technologies to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational objectives, staying informed on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Operational Leadership: Direct IT operations to ensure optimal functionality, availability, and security of systems and data, maintaining high service availability 24/7.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Oversee security monitoring and manage operational risks while ensuring adherence to policies.
• Project Execution: Manage complex IT projects, resources, timelines, and budgets, keeping stakeholders informed.
• Team Management: Lead and evaluate team performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement among team members.
• ERP & Application Development: Hands-on experience with ERP implementations/upgrades and integrating business processes.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors to ensure quality service delivery and evaluate new technologies.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT department’s budget, tracking expenditures and reporting on performance to senior management.

 Qualifications:

• 5 to 7+ years of experience in a senior IT leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP certification preferred).
• Experience with system integrations, data migrations, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain) is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• ERP implementation certification is a plus.
