Job Description:

We\\\'re looking for a Customer Support Representative to handle email, chat, and phone-based support for our US-based clients.

Requirements 

  • Minimum education: Intermediate or above
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting US-based clients
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Effective multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
  • Must be Lahore-based and available for the night shift
  • This opportunity is not open to students or fresh graduates

  • Log each interaction in our system and maintain up-to-date records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
  • Recommend improvements to enhance overall customer experience
