Job Description: |
We are looking to hire a Director Sales & Marketing who will be in charge of leading our company’s marketing efforts. As a successful hire, the sales director is responsible for leading the company’s sales team, overseeing sales operations, and achieving revenue targets. They collaborate with team members across departments—including marketing and account management—to implement strategic sales initiatives and develop solutions that meet customer needs. This role also involves analyzing market trends, improving the sales process, and ensuring the sales department achieves its quotas and goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales directors oversee multiple aspects of the sales process. Their duties include the following:

Leading the sales teamMentoring sales managers and representatives, building relationships, and ensuring team alignment with the company’s sales goals.
