The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Sales will be part of a comprehensive development program designed to groom young, ambitious professionals into future sales leaders. The selected candidate will learn Takaful business operations, sales planning, customer management, and product marketing while contributing to branch performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell EFU Hemayah Takaful’s savings and protection plans to potential clients.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through personalized service.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through fieldwork, networking, and referrals.

• Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

• Ensure all sales activities align with Shariah-compliant business principles.

• Meet or exceed assigned sales and productivity targets.

• Report daily activities and performance updates to the branch management.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, MBA, or equivalent).

• Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in sales, insurance, or customer service will be a plus.
